Privacy policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
Cloudya AS (organization number 934 359 119), Sørkedalsveien 10A, 0369 Oslo, Norway, operates this website and is responsible for the personal data described below. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@cloudya.no.
What we collect
When you submit a form or send us an email, we receive your name, email address, telephone number, company and the contents of your message. We use this to respond to you, to arrange meetings and to follow up on the business conversation that results.
When you visit the site, we record the pages viewed, the source you arrived from, your IP address, and your browser and device type. This is used to operate and secure the site and to assess which pages and campaigns are effective.
If you become a customer, we hold contact and billing details for the individuals we work with, and use them to deliver the engagement and issue invoices.
We advertise on Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta. If you arrive from one of those ads, the link identifies the campaign that brought you here, and because our HubSpot account is connected to all three, that click and any form you later submit are joined into a single contact record, with the conversion reported back to the platform that served the ad. Those platforms also collect data about how you interact with our ads on their own services, under their own privacy policies. No advertising pixel runs on this site itself; the two services described under Cookies and analytics below are the only tracking it loads.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not make automated decisions about individuals.
How long we keep it
We retain personal data for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for. Customer records are held for the duration of the engagement and for at least twelve months afterwards. Invoices and accounting records are retained for at least five years, in line with statutory accounting requirements. Technical logs generated by our hosting provider are kept under that provider’s own retention schedule.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets cookies. Some are required for it to load and remain secure. The remainder belong to two services.
Google Analytics records visits, the pages viewed and the source of traffic. We use it at an aggregate level rather than to identify individuals.
HubSpot recognizes a returning browser. If you submit a form, the pages viewed beforehand are associated with the contact record it creates, along with the ad you arrived from, if there was one.
Cookies can be blocked or deleted in your browser settings, and most browsers offer an anti-tracking mode that covers both services. The site functions normally without them.
Who else has access
We do not sell personal data. It is held by the providers that operate our business: HubSpot for CRM and the tracking described above, Google for analytics, Amazon Web Services for hosting this site and for the services we deliver to customers, and our email and accounting providers. Each processes data solely to perform the service we have engaged them for.
Google, LinkedIn and Meta also receive conversion data back from HubSpot for the advertising described above.
Google, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Meta and Amazon are US companies, so a portion of this data is processed in the United States, under the standard safeguards for transfers outside Europe. We disclose data to public authorities where required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to have us stop using it. Requests should be sent to hello@cloudya.no.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, complaints can be directed to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at www.datatilsynet.no.
This policy is updated when our practices change. The date above indicates when it was last revised.
